Can my mom take my citizenship application with her when she goes to Naturalization Ceremony?

My mom is going to Naturalization Ceremony tomorrow. She already completed the application forms for me (16yr old) and my brother (14yr old). The only thing we need is to write her certificate number on our application.
When she goes to the ceremony can she give them our applications and the money?
If not, then do we mail the applications and money to them?
